For individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities it doesn't have to be impossible to find a dream job, all you need is an advocate to be seen, learn about the wealth and direct and family vocational services provided by Voice of Reason. We can help with job coaching, applications, job shadowing, and volunteering opportunities.
