The City of Umatilla was first incorporated as Umatilla City on October 24, 1864 with a mayor, five aldermen, recorder, marshal and treasurer.

From Hermiston: Head north on US-395 about 7.3 miles.  Turn left onto US-395 N/US-730/6th Street.  Turn left onto I Street.  City Hall should be on your left.
